Attended the programme marking the commencement of a new stoppage for train numbers 20626/20625, the Bhagat Ki Kothi – MGR Chennai Central Superfast Express, organised by the Ahmedabad Division of Western Railway. A stoppage of this kind widens the practical reach of an entire taluka: it decides whether a student can attend a college in another district, whether a trader can move a consignment, and whether a family can travel for treatment without an overnight halt.

Participated in the district Independence Day programme held under the theme of eighty years of independence — “a proud history, a bright future”. Har Ghar Tiranga procession flagged off by the district administration

Joined the Har Ghar Tiranga programme organised by the district administration with the Department of Sports, Youth and Cultural Activities, Government of Gujarat. The campaign asks every household to hoist the national flag, and the procession brings schools, youth organisations and community bodies onto the same street for a morning.
